STRATEGY & EXECUTION:

With the core concept of Tatcha, the promotion of the new launch of Tatcha Indigo Overnight Repair focused on a multi-sensory brand experience. 2 full day events at an ultimate private luxurious venue successfully created a celebratory atmosphere and intimated environment. A full sensory experience flow with different decorations, workshop and touches of Tatcha elements was developed to deepen the guests’ understanding of the brand and products.

To sustain the hype, a series of content with top tier influencers was rolled out to boost up the excitement of product launch and raise awareness. Content focused on highlighting the interesting happenings and bringing out the full sensory experience flow from Tatcha.

A comprehensive digital ad campaign combining both influencers and brand profile was also  launched, which created seamless communications through the customer journey. By using influencers to create awareness to the market, followed by branded content to reinforce the brand identity and product features to drive conversion.
